F – Finally unlocking the cells of unforgiveness within your heart and
R – Releasing and rendering harmless
E – Every person that has ever wronged you with their words, actions or behaviors. And then through fervent prayer,
E – Eternally forgiving them by relinquishing and
D – Doffing those unforgiving spirits.
O – Only then will your heart, mind and soul feel weightless, free and open to receive the
M – Multitude of blessings that God has in store for you.
