A Prayer For Faith

Lord as I meditate on your word each morning, I will continue to be still and listen for your voice. I will continue to walk in faith knowing that as my savior you have heard my prayers, and you will continue to lead me and guide me.

Your love will continue to cover me like a blanket and protect me. I will trust in you with all of my heart and lean not on my own understanding. I will place my faith in you and stand firm on your word, knowing that your wisdom, grace and power surpasses all.

I will get out of your way Lord and let you work in my life, totally accepting your decisions, guidance and leadership, because your will and path for me promises victory in all areas of my life.

I will nurture my faith until it flows from me like the lakes flowing into the ocean. Committed faith that shines like a beacon in the night causing others to come and ask what they need to do to have the joy and peace they see in me.

Allow my faith in you, Heavenly Father, to be seen in the life that I live. Let my words and actions reflect your presence in me and allow me to be a blessing to others as you have, and continue to bless me. Through your mercy and grace you have renewed and restored me, and I will forever give you the praise and glory for who I have become.

Thank you Lord for all you have done, all you are doing, and all that you promised me you will do. I know that I can do all things through you, and nothing is impossible if I have faith and believe.
